✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✔ Recognized qualifications in Quality Assurance & Auditing
✔ Strong knowledge of HACCP & regulatory requirements
✔ Experience in meat processing operations
✔ Excellent time management & confidentiality skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
✔ Q Fever vaccination required (or willingness to get vaccinated)
✔ Ability to work under pressure & prioritize tasks
